Job summary

Rafan Group is seeking an Airport Representative to deliver Meet & Greet services at Hamad International Airport in Doha. You will welcome passengers, guide them through procedures, and liaise with airlines and airport teams to ensure a seamless travel experience.

The role requires excellent English communication, flexibility for weekend shifts, and a professional appearance. Arabic is an advantage, and candidates residing in Qatar are preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in hospitality, customer service, aviation or airport operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist arriving, departing, and transit passengers at the airport.
• Coordinate and deliver Meet & Greet services according to operational requirements.
• Guide passengers through airport procedures, including check-in, immigration, security, baggage collection, and transfers.
• Liaise with airlines, airport authorities, chauffeurs, and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Monitor flight schedules and communicate delays or operational changes promptly.
• Provide professional assistance to VIPs, corporate travellers, families, elderly passengers, and guests requiring special assistance.
• Handle passenger enquiries and resolve service-related issues efficiently and professionally.
• Represent Rafan Group professionally while delivering exceptional customer service.
