La Petite Maison (LPM) Doha is seeking a passionate Demi Chef de Partie – Pastry to join our vibrant pastry team. You will assist in producing high-quality desserts and pastries, ensure strict adherence to LPM standards, and maintain hygiene in the pastry section. Qualifications

Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie – Pastry or in a similar pastry kitchen role.
Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, desserts, and baked goods.
Passion for pastry, creativity, and attention to detail.
Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

Assist the Pastry Chef de Partie in preparing and producing high-quality desserts, pastries, and baked goods.
Ensure all pastry items are prepared and presented according to LPM standards.
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all pastry creations.
Ensure proper storage, labelling, and handling of pastry ingredients.
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in the pastry section.
Support daily pastry operations and ensure smooth service.
Guide and support junior team members when required.
