La Petite Maison Doha is seeking a Commis I to join our Mediterranean kitchen team. You will support the Chef de Partie, assist with daily prep, and help maintain the highest standards of food safety and presentation.

We offer a competitive salary with tips, two days off per week, generous leave, and opportunities for growth within our restaurant group in Doha.

Qualificações

• Experience as Commis I or similar kitchen role is required.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
• Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented to LPM standards.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness.
• Ensure ingredients are properly stored, labelled, and handled.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver consistent food quality and smooth service.

• Previous experience as a Commis I or in a similar kitchen role.

• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
