Job summary

Crew Life at Sea Ltd. is seeking a Guest Services Associate to greet guests, assist with luggage, provide information about ship amenities and activities, and help maintain a welcoming lobby.

You will work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, coordinate with other departments, handle inquiries professionally, and uphold safety and security procedures aboard the cruise ship.

Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus, and prior hospitality experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
• Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
• Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they enter and exit the cruise ship with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Assist guests with their luggage and belongings upon arrival and departure.
• Provide information and directions to guests regarding ship amenities and activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby area at all times.
• Monitor and control guest access to the ship, ensuring only authorized individuals are allowed on board.
• Assist with the loading and unloading of supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure the well-being of guests and crew members.
• Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
