Job summary

Crew Life at Sea Ltd. is seeking a diligent Houseman to join our housekeeping team.

You will maintain cleanliness and tidiness of back-of-house and guest areas, ensure floors, corridors, and fixtures are spotless, and support room attendants by delivering linens and supplies as needed. You will report to the housekeeping office, follow schedules, assist with Turndown and AM preparations, move furniture as required, and collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of back of house areas, including offices, closets, corridors, and all housekeeping storage areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of guest corridors/foyers by cleaning walls, doors, crown molding, furniture, windows and light fixtures.
• Assist room attendants by delivering linens, supplies and assisting with turndown preparations.
• Move and arrange furniture as needed for guest comfort and accessibility, and report any damaged items.
• Restock linen and amenities on each floor and ensure trolleys are adequately stocked.
• Collect trash and ensure proper disposal in alignment with hotel procedures.
• Support other housekeeping positions and perform special projects as assigned by supervisor.
