Job summary

Crew Life at Sea Ltd. invites applications for onboard housekeeping roles. You will perform cleaning, bed making, linen changes, and restocking amenities across public areas of the vessel, while maintaining sanitation standards and organization.

You will assist with laundry tasks and respond to guest requests with a friendly, timely approach. The role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work independently and flexibly across weekends and holidays in a cruise-ship

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects/equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean, make beds, change linens, and restocking amenities
• Clean and sanitize all public areas, including hallways, lounges, and restrooms
• Ensure that supplies are well-stocked and organized
• Vacuum, mop, and dust all designated areas
• Empty and dispose of trash and recycling
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the Housekeeping Supervisor
• Assist with the laundry process, including washing, drying, and folding linens and towels
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and healthy environment for guests
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries in a timely and friendly manner
