Job summary

Crew Life at Sea Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Supervisor for bell staff at our Doha hotel, overseeing bellmen, porters, and related guest service operations to ensure smooth arrivals and departures.

You will coordinate luggage handling, transportation, and valet services, train staff on service standards, maintain equipment, and work closely with front desk, concierge, and housekeeping to deliver outstanding guest experiences and timely issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee bell staff and train as needed
• Assign duties to bellmen, porters and staff within the department
• Assist guests with luggage and transportation, providing info on hotel facilities and local attractions
• Supervise luggage handling for safety and efficiency, train staff on etiquette
• Coordinate transportation services ( taxis, shuttle ) and loading/unloading of luggage
• Oversee valet parking operations and vehicle flow for guest safety
• Maintain effective communication with front desk, concierge, and housekeeping
• Conduct regular training sessions on customer service standards and safety procedures
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback for improvement
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, seeking resolutions
• Ensure equipment such as luggage carts and vehicles are well-maintained
• Enforce safety and security protocols for luggage handling and transportation
