• Minimum 2 years as Bell Person in luxury hotel.
• High school diploma required.
• English speaking required; fluency in additional languages preferred.
• Clean driving record a must.

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving guests at curb-side and assist with luggage and door opening.
• Provide information on hotel services, amenities and local attractions.
• Maintain knowledge of policies and safety procedures.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues.
• Coordinate group luggage and assist front desk as needed.
• Ensure lobby and Bell Desk areas are clean and orderly.
