As the main point of contact for our cruise line customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and assistance throughout their journey.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, answering inquiries and providing information about cruise line services, itineraries, and policies
• Handle booking requests and reservations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Assist with pre-cruise preparations such as visa applications, travel insurance, and special requests
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues or complaints from customers
• Maintain customer records and provide timely updates on any changes or updates to their bookings
• Monitor customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvements to enhance the overall customer experience
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to stay informed on best practices

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or tourism is a plus
• Prior experience in customer service or related field preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy
