ApexBuild Solutions seeks a Cruise Line Customer Service Representative to provide outstanding service to passengers onboard our cruise ship. You will help with reservations, answer inquiries about excursions and activities, and resolve issues to ensure a smooth voyage.

The role is located in Ar-Ruwais and is open to Indian nationals fluent in English. Experience in hospitality is preferred, and teamwork with other ship departments is essential to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Cruise Line Customer Service Representative

As a Cruise Line Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to passengers on board the cruise ship. You will assist with booking reservations, answering inquiries about excursions and activities, and resolving any issues that may arise during the trip. You will also serve as a liaison between passengers and other departments on the ship to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Previous customer service experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.

This position is located in Ar-Ruwais and is open to Indian nationals who are proficient in English.

Salary for this position is $900 per month.
