ForceShield, Inc. is seeking a Cruise Hospitality Manager to oversee all onboard hospitality operations, ensuring guests receive exceptional service and memorable experiences.

You will lead dining, housekeeping, guest services and entertainment with a strong emphasis on safety and quality. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's in Hospitality Management, at least five years in a managerial hospitality role, and excellent English.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a managerial role within hospitality.
• Excellent English communication; additional languages a plus.

Cruise Hospitality Manager

As a Cruise Hospitality Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire hospitality operations on our cruise ship, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable experience. This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of the onboard hospitality operations, including dining, housekeeping, guest services, and entertainment.


• Train and supervise a team of hospitality staff to ensure they provide top-notch customer service at all times.


• Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.


• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.


• Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute special events or activities for guests.


• Handle guest complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.


• Maintain records of expenses, revenues, and employee schedules.


• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.


• Minimum of 5 years experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.


• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.


• Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).


• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Salary:

We offer a competitive salary package starting at 1300$ per month. In addition, you will have the opportunity to travel while working on our cruise ship.

City:

This position is based in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. However, we welcome applicants from all nationalities who are willing to relocate.
