Job summary

India Abroad Publications Inc. is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager for our Al-Rayyan, Qatar property. You will oversee daily hotel operations, lead front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance teams, and ensure exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong leadership, a Hospitality Management degree, and at least five years in management. Salary is 1000$ per month with visa sponsorship and round-trip ticket after one year. Accommodation is not provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including managing staff, maintaining guest satisfaction, and ensuring high-quality standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
• Ensure all departments are properly staffed and trained to provide exceptional service.
• Monitor guest feedback and address any issues or complaints promptly.
• Conduct regular inspections of all areas of the hotel to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
• Work closely with the sales team to attract new business and maintain relationships with existing clients.
