Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to designated recipes and quality standards.
• Manage guest orders efficiently while ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, handle complex recipes, oversee stations, execution, quality control and inventory checks.
• Inspect preparations and plates to ensure quality and presentation standards.
• Keep stations stocked and sanitary following proper food handling, storage, and safety protocols.
• Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items as needed.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
