Job summary

Minor Hotels in Doha is seeking a Commis Chef to join the kitchen team at Souq Waqif Boutique Hotel by Tivoli. You will assist in food preparation, maintain hygiene standards and help deliver guests’ expectations in a fast-paced environment.

You should have a high school diploma, some F&B/restaurant experience, and a passion for teamwork and guest service. Good knowledge of basic preparation, presentation and safety procedures is expected.

Qualifications

• High School degree required.
• Previous experience in a Food & Beverage/Restaurant operations role.
• Passion for teamwork is essential.
