Job summary

Tivoli Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Chef de Partie for its Souq Waqif Boutique Hotel By Tivoli in Doha. The role requires running a specific kitchen section with a focus on consistency, quality, and efficiency in a high-volume environment.

You will lead a team of Commis Chefs, maintain mise en place, and collaborate with other sections to ensure timely service while upholding hygiene and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Demi Chef de Partie.
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
• Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your assigned station according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure mise en place and ingredients are prepared on time for service.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation at all times.
• Supervise and train junior staff assigned to your section.
• Coordinate with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation procedures as per company policy.
