Job summary

Accor’s Doha-based Pullman is seeking a Commis I to join the Room Service Kitchen. Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes, and assist in the daily kitchen operations.

Maintain clean workstations, follow HACCP and health regulations, monitor food quality and stock, and support senior chefs while contributing to a positive team environment. This role offers development within a renowned hospitality group that values responsible hospitality.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as a Commis I in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Experience in room service, a la carte, or hot kitchen operations is an advantage.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
