Job summary

Pullman Hotels & Resorts in Doha seeks a friendly waiter/waitress to greet guests warmly, present menus confidently, take accurate orders, and serve food and beverages with polished hospitality.

You will check in with guests to ensure satisfaction, handle requests promptly, keep tables and dining areas tidy, and support team operations during busy periods while upholding hygiene standards. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in fine dining or guest-facing hospitality is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests.
• Positive, energetic attitude and professional appearance.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
