Job summary

Pullman Hotels & Resorts is seeking a guest-focused team member to assist guests, maintain cleanliness of rooms and public areas, and coordinate with supervisors to fulfill requests.

Responsibilities include adding personalized touches for guests, safeguarding privacy, and ensuring safe, organized service areas with properly stocked supplies. Fluency in English is required; prior 5* hotel experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Service focused personality is essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for service.
• Good communication skills with ability to speak fluent English.
• Preferably female.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to the guests during their stay and ensure the cleanliness of the guest rooms and public areas as per the hotel standards.
• Liaise with the Supervisor and Coordinator to ensure guests requests are attended to in a timely manner.
• Take initiative to add a personalized experience for the guest.
• Take ownership of guests' privacy and belongings, while ensuring exceptional service.
• Personally supervise the end of day closing of the service area and makes sure that all equipment are in appropriate place and nothing is left around which can be hazardous.
• Proper stock of guest amenities, cleaning supplies, mini bar, clean linen are arranged well on the trolley before starting the work.
• Check and make note of all the rooms with MAKE UP sign.
• Check and make note of all the room with "Do Not Disturb" sign before the end of the shift and respect the DND sign.
