Career Land Center, LLC is seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support a large hospitality group in Kuwait. You will help oversee daily restaurant operations, lead front-of-house teams, and ensure high service standards to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

You will collaborate with kitchen and service staff, assist with scheduling and training, maintain cleanliness and safety, and help drive sales and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or similar hospitality management role.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Excellent customer-service and communication abilities.
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations in fast-paced settings.
• Willingness to relocate to Kuwait.
