Qualifications

• Knowledge of VISA, MasterCard, Diners, and chargeback processing.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Bachelor's degree in finance or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Review and process cardholder disputes and chargeback cases in line with card scheme rules and timelines.
• Review transaction details and supporting documents to determine dispute action.
• Process dispute cases through chargeback stages until closure.
• Review incoming responses and take required action within deadlines.
• Process dispute-related financial adjustments and maintain case records.
• Escalate complex cases for further review.
