Job summary

DOHA BANK seeks a seasoned reconciliation specialist to oversee and perform card transaction reconciliation across channels including Visa, Mastercard, CUP, Apple Pay, ATM/POS, and digital wallets. The role ensures accuracy, investigates discrepancies, and aligns with SLAs and regulatory requirements.

You will support automation initiatives, coordinate with Card Operations, Finance and IT, review reports, and maintain proper accounting entries while contributing to process improvements and risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Banking/Finance or related field.
• Master’s degree in Management or related discipline is an added advantage.
• 5-8 years of experience in cards operations, reconciliation, or payment operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform reconciliation activities for card schemes, settlements, and related accounts.
• Investigate reconciliation breaks, unmatched transactions, reversals and chargebacks within SLA timelines.
• Coordinate with Card Operations, Finance, IT, and external schemes to resolve discrepancies.
• Review and reconcile settlement files, ledger entries, and customer transactions.
• Support automation initiatives and regional regulatory reporting.
