• Apply approved scripts to ensure compliant selling and reduce mis-selling incidents.
• Educate customers on card features, benefits, and activation within 30 days.
• Capture accurate customer information and update CRM to maintain data quality.
• Adhere to governance controls including call recording and audit standards.
