Job summary

QNB Group, headquartered in Doha, Qatar, is seeking an experienced Card Processing and Settlement Specialist to manage settlement, processing and reconciliation of accounts and to deliver superior customer service across internal departments and branches.

The role requires handling card disputes, posting transactions daily, extracting MIS for management and audits, and ensuring compliance with AML, CTF, sanctions and data protection requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in related field.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in card processing operations preferred.
• Ability to extract MIS and provide data for audits and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Process, settlement and reconciliation of accounts.
• Provide timely data to auditors and compliance teams.
• Maintain daily posting of transactions and resolve card disputes.
• Assist branches and related departments as needed.
• Ensure compliance with AML, sanctions, data protection policies.
