Job summary

OFTI, a private equity-backed group, seeks a Manager, Channel & Market Execution (Consultant) to lead channel strategy and execution across Qatar, Oman, Tunisia, Maldives and future markets. You will drive GTM playbooks for product launches and campaigns, assess channel performance, and provide data-driven recommendations to sustain growth.

Lead liaison between OFTI Commercial and local teams, ensuring strategy is well-contextualized and resourced for market-level execution.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in GTM strategy, channel management or business development in Fintech, Telecoms, or consumer financial services.
• Strong experience with physical and digital channel optimization in MENA markets.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification is a strong plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize distribution partner relationships across geographies.
• Produce Market Health Reports with prioritized recommendations for OFTI-level intervention.
• Design data-driven frameworks to track the performance of on-ground activities, prioritizing Quality of Sales and conversion.
• Coordinate with OFTI Commercial and local country teams to contextualize strategy, resource allocation and execution.
