Job summary

QNB Group in Doha, Qatar seeks an experienced Merchant Operations Manager to implement, upgrade and develop all measures to support Merchant Services. The incumbent will ensure VISA/ MC compliance, manage merchant risk and provide proper support to merchants.

You will lead KPI development, oversee budgeting, coordinate with internal teams, and work to improve processing efficiency and service levels across the unit while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or Information Technology.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a multinational bank / merchant & ecommerce operations.
• Resume/CV and identification documents must be attached.

Responsibilities

• Assist VP Merchants Operations in creating KPIs for performance monitoring.
• Ensure Merchant Services Unit runs as an efficient processing center and manage risks.
• Develop/Improve merchant operations, signing and help desk procedures.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support acquiring business implementation.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or Information Technology (related field of study)
