Job summary

Christian Dior Couture in Doha is seeking a boutique Field Trainer to close knowledge gaps, deliver the Diorly calendar on the shop floor, and coach staff on service standards and product knowledge.

You will collaborate with boutique managers and ME training leads to implement onboarding and Brand Culture programs for all new joiners within two months, ensuring consistent coaching and performance tracking across the boutique.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service field, preferably Luxury Retail.
• Ability to identify and satisfy the needs of clients with energy and commitment.
• Proficient in using computer software and applications.
• Strong communication and ability to deliver ideas effectively across tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement Diorly monthly calendar per team needs and priorities.
• Collaborate with boutique director to structure staff development programs.
• Observe sales team and provide on-the-spot coaching on service, client experience and product knowledge.
• Display a coach-the-coach attitude to foster a culture of feedback and coaching.
• Deliver on-the-floor training and activities to all staff.
• Follow up on training based on performance results.
• Collaborate with regional training specialists for follow-ups and reporting.
• Monitor knowledge implementation through tests and questionnaires.
• Suggest innovative training solutions to boutique director and ME head of training.
