Job summary

Christian Dior Couture in Doha is seeking a Boutique Field Trainer to define training needs on the shop floor, coach staff, and execute the Diorly calendar in collaboration with boutique managers. You will monitor performance against KPIs, support onboarding, and deliver the Brand Culture program to new joiners.

You will work closely with the boutique director and the ME head of training to ensure high service standards and a seamless client experience across the boutique.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, preferably luxury retail.
• Fundamental knowledge of training and development activities.
• Ability to identify client/internal needs and deliver effective coaching.
• Good communication and ability to utilize various software tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and support implementation of the Diorly monthly calendar based on team needs and priorities.
• Collaborate with boutique director to structure staff development programs.
• Observe sales team and provide spot coaching on service, CX, and product knowledge.
• Promote a coaching culture with boutique management.
• Deliver in-boutique training and animate activities for staff.
• Monitor training impact via performance results and feedback loops.
• Coordinate with Regional Training specialists for follow-ups and reporting.
• Conduct knowledge checks through tests and questionnaires.
• Propose out-of-the-box training solutions to leadership.
