Responsibilities

• Implement brand-specific visual merchandising standards across windows, sales floors, fixtures, and promotional areas.
• Translate brand guidelines into engaging store displays.
• Coordinate merchandise presentation according to brand strategies and commercial priorities.
• Develop floor plans to maximize product visibility and customer flow.
• Arrange merchandise, signage, fixtures, and promotional elements per store layout.
• Create category-based layouts that aid navigation and presentation.
• Ensure displays reflect brand standards and product classification.
• Re-merchandise stores for new collections, campaigns, or priorities.
• Highlight new product lines and strategically important items.
• Use lighting techniques to enhance displays and product presentation.
• Photograph merchandising changes and maintain visual records.
• Review displays regularly and identify improvement opportunities.
• Gather feedback on presentation, customer response, and merchandising performance.
• Collaborate with operations and brand management to align activity with business goals.
• Coordinate with VM Manager and sales teams to support store sales targets.
