Job summary
Qatar Airways Group in Doha is seeking Customer Services Agents to join the Doha Contact Centre. You will handle multilingual customer inquiries across German, Spanish, Italian, and English channels (phone, email, web chat) while delivering top-tier service.
Initial training includes 5 weeks classroom and 4 weeks on-the-job with Amadeus and Qatar Airways policies. Competitive package, travel benefits, relocation support, and annual leave are offered.
Qualifications
- High School Qualification with 1 year of job-related experience in Customer Services.
- Relevant experience with GDS systems (Amadeus) is an added advantage; IATA or Airline Basic Tariff course certification can be considered.
- Computer literate with good typing skills.
Responsibilities
- Respond professionally to inbound calls from customers and queries; sell, up-sell and cross-sell Qatar Airways products and services.
- Create new reservations and modify existing ones; provide quotes on fares and rules of carriage; issue and re-issue tickets.
- Handle multi-products and elevate queries to Senior staff when appropriate.
- Support E-commerce, Trade and Frequent Flyer Program activities.
- Process ticket refunds.
