Job summary

Qatar Airways Group is seeking Customer Services Agents for the Doha Contact Centre. You will handle multilingual support for German, Spanish, Italian and English customers via phone, email and web chat, delivering exceptional service.

Training spans 5 weeks classroom and 4 weeks on-the-job on Amadeus and Qatar Airways products. The role offers competitive pay, travel benefits and relocation support where applicable, with shifts including nights.

Qualifications

• High School qualification with 1 year of customer service experience.
• GDS/Amadeus knowledge is an added advantage; IATA or Airline Basic Tariff course is a plus.
• Strong typing and computer literacy are required and beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails and web chats ensuring high-quality customer service.
• Sell, up-sell and cross-sell Qatar Airways products and services.
• Create and modify reservations; provide fare quotes and ticket rules.
• Support E-commerce, Trade and Frequent Flyer activities and process refunds.
