Job summary

Qatar Airways Group’s Doha Contact Centre is hiring Customer Services Agents to join a five-star team in Doha. You will assist German, Spanish and Italian-speaking customers as well as English speakers, delivering excellent support via calls, email and web chat to ensure high customer satisfaction.

You will undergo five weeks of classroom training and four weeks of on-the-job training on Amadeus and Qatar Airways policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or contact centre settings.
• Fluent English with German, Spanish or Italian language skills.
• Knowledge of Amadeus or similar GDS is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls and inquiries; sell and cross-sell Qatar Airways products.
• Create new reservations and modify existing bookings; issue tickets.
• Support E-commerce, Trade and Frequent Flyer Program activities.
• Process refunds as required.
