Qualifications

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel, customer service, or hospitality role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• A polished, professional appearance.
• Ability to lift and transport heavy luggage.
• Knowledge of the local area is a plus.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm, professional welcome.
• Assist guests with luggage, ensuring items are safely transported to and from guest rooms.
• Provide information about the hotel's amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Coordinate with the valet team to ensure smooth guest transportation.
• Escort guests to their rooms, ensuring they are familiar with the room's features.
• Assist with guest requests, such as arranging transportation or providing directions.
• Ensure lobby and entrances are clean, welcoming, and well-maintained.

The Role:

We are currently seeking a professional, friendly, and dedicated Bellman to join our dynamic team and help us uphold our reputation for excellence. As a Bellman, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome and assisting with their luggage, transport needs, and general hotel inquiries. Your role is integral in delivering a seamless and luxurious experience for every guest from the moment they arrive to their departure.
