Job summary

The Ned Doha is seeking a warm and confident Hostess to create memorable first impressions for guests from arrival. You will manage reservations, guide guests to tables, and coordinate with the team to ensure seamless service in a luxury setting.

Ideal candidates have hospitality experience, strong communication skills, and a welcoming presence. English fluency is required, with additional languages a plus; coaching and growth opportunities are available.

The Role:

At The Ned Doha, first impressions matter, and we're looking for a warm, confident, and personable Hostess to help create memorable experiences from the moment our guests arrive.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine smile.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide information about the restaurant and its offerings.
• Coordinate closely with the restaurant team to ensure smooth service operations.
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback with care and professionalism.
• Maintain an organized reception area and reservation system.
• Create a positive and lasting first impression that reflects The Ned Doha's exceptional hospitality standards.

What We're Looking for:

• Previous experience as a Hostess, Receptionist, Guest Relations Agent, or in a similar customer-facing role within hospitality.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly, confident, and welcoming personality.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
