Job summary

The Ned Doha is seeking a passionate F&B Supervisor - Banquet to lead a chartered banquet team for weddings, corporate events and exclusive celebrations in a luxury hotel setting in Doha. You will oversee set-up to breakdown, ensure personalised service, and work closely with Kitchen, Events and Operations to deliver flawless experiences.

We value leadership, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Banquet Supervisor or in a similar Food & Beverage supervisory role within a luxury hotel or upscale hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching and people development abilities.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise banquet operations to ensure every event runs seamlessly from set-up to breakdown.
• Lead, motivate, and support the banquet team to deliver warm, professional, and personalised service.
• Coordinate closely with the Kitchen, Events and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of functions.
• Monitor service standards, guest satisfaction, and event timelines, resolving any issues with confidence and professionalism.
• Ensure banquet venues are prepared to the highest standards, including room set‑up, presentation, and cleanliness.
• Train and coach team members, helping them grow while maintaining The Ned's service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene and company standards throughout all events.

What You’ll Be Doing

What we’re looking for

• Female candidates with Arabic language proficiency are preferred.
• Previous experience as a Banquet Supervisor or in a similar Food & Beverage supervisory role within a luxury hotel or upscale hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach and develop a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to remain calm and solution‑focused while managing multiple priorities.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and public holidays based on business needs.
• A genuine passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences.
