Job summary

The Ned Doha, housed in Doha’s iconic former Ministry of Interior building, is a refined luxury destination where heritage, elegance, and contemporary sophistication come together to create an exceptional guest experience.

We’re seeking a warm, confident Hostess to welcome guests, manage reservations and seating, escort guests to tables, and coordinate with the restaurant team to ensure smooth service in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is required; other languages are a plus.

The Role:

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine smile.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide information about the restaurant and its offerings.
• Coordinate closely with the restaurant team to ensure smooth service operations.
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback with care and professionalism.
• Maintain an organized reception area and reservation system.
• Create a positive and lasting first impression that reflects The Ned Doha's exceptional hospitality standards.

What We're Looking for:

• Previous experience as a Hostess, Receptionist, Guest Relations Agent, or in a similar customer-facing role within hospitality.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly, confident, and welcoming personality.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
