Job summary

The Ned Doha is seeking a warm, confident Hostess to welcome guests from arrival, manage reservations, escort guests to their tables, and share information about the restaurant and its offerings.

You will coordinate with the restaurant team to ensure smooth service operations, handle inquiries and special requests with care, and maintain an organized reception area that reflects The Ned Doha's high hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role within hospitality.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly, confident and welcoming personality.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
