The Ned Doha is seeking a professional Hotel Driver to deliver safe, reliable transportation for guests, ensuring a premium experience that matches our luxury brand.

You will welcome guests, assist with luggage, maintain vehicle standards, and coordinate with Front Office for smooth transfers, while upholding Qatar traffic laws.

The role requires a Qatar driving license, 2 years in luxury hospitality driving preferred, strong communication, flexible shifts, and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Valid Qatar Driving License with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 2 years' professional driving experience, preferably in luxury hotel/hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of Qatar road network and destinations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service mindset with a professional approach.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Professional appearance and punctuality.
• Physically able to lift and carry luggage; CPR/First Aid an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests to and from the hotel, airports, and attractions.
• Welcome guests, assist with luggage, and ensure a comfortable journey.
• Provide information about local attractions and facilities.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of hotel vehicles.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report safety concerns.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Safely transport guests to and from the hotel, including airports, tourist attractions, business locations, and other designated destinations.
• Welcome guests warmly, assist with luggage, and ensure a comfortable and pleasant travel experience.
• Provide helpful information about local attractions, landmarks, and hotel facilities when required.
• Maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and overall condition of hotel vehicles to the highest standards.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Adhere to all Qatar traffic regulations, road safety standards, and hotel policies to ensure the safety of guests and colleagues.
• Coordinate with the Front Office, Concierge, and other hotel departments to ensure timely and efficient transportation services.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents or maintenance requirements.
• Deliver exceptional guest service by responding professionally and courteously to guest requests and inquiries.
• Support operational requirements and perform additional duties assigned by management to ensure smooth hotel operations.

About You:

• Valid Qatar Driving License with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 2 years' professional driving experience, preferably within a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of Qatar's road network, traffic regulations, and key destinations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional approach.
• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to create positive guest experiences.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Professional appearance, punctuality, and a high standard of personal presentation.
• Physically capable of lifting and carrying guest luggage safely.
• CPR and First Aid certification is an advantage.
