The Ned Doha is seeking a Bellman to greet guests and provide a seamless, luxurious experience from arrival to departure. You will assist with luggage, offer information on amenities, and coordinate with the valet team to ensure smooth transportation.

Ideal candidates bring experience in luxury hospitality, strong communication, and a neat, professional appearance, with flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays. This role supports Ned's Club and hotel operations in Doha.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel, customer service, or hospitality role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• A polished, professional appearance.
• Ability to lift and transport heavy luggage.
• Knowledge of the local area is a plus.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm, professional welcome.
• Assist guests with luggage, ensuring items are safely transported to and from guest rooms.
• Provide information about the hotel's amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Coordinate with the valet team to ensure smooth guest transportation.
• Escort guests to their rooms, ensuring they are familiar with the room's features.
• Assist with guest requests, such as arranging transportation or providing directions.
• Ensure lobby and entrances are clean, welcoming, and well-maintained.
• Maintain a professional, courteous demeanor at all times.
• Handle guest inquiries or complaints promptly and elevate when necessary.
