Job summary

Sephora USA, Inc. is seeking a Store Leader to drive client experience and store operations in Doha. You will energize the team, coach on service excellence, and ensure stock levels, merchandising, and KPI attainment support top-line growth.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration with Supply Chain, and adherence to Sephora standards while maintaining a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in team and people management.
• Minimum 5 to 6 years’ experience in operations.
• English – Advanced level, Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Embody Sephora Attitude and lead the team on the shop floor.
• Provide coaching and training to meet operational KPI’s and customer service targets.
• Assist stock management and merchandising to avoid stock-outs and support sales targets.
• Oversee cash operations, POS tools, returns policy, and security procedures.
• Develop and communicate action plans to improve conversion, average basket, and market share.
• Coordinate with Category Managers and Supply Chain to ensure stock levels are controlled.
