Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in banquet operations, food & beverage service, or event management; supervision preferred.
• Strong leadership and excellent communication with a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing banquet events per client requirements and company standards.
• Coordinate event setup, service, and breakdown activities; ensure rooms meet event orders and specs.
• Supervise banquet staff during events and daily operations; participate in staffing, training and briefings.
• Liaise with kitchen, stewarding, housekeeping, engineering, and sales to ensure smooth event execution.
• Monitor labor costs and assist with inventory and billing verification.
