Job summary

Hilton in Doha is seeking a Banquet Supervisor to lead daily banquet operations and deliver memorable hospitality experiences during events at Waldorf Astoria West Bay. You will oversee service flow, liaise with event organizers, and work closely with culinary teams to ensure flawless execution.

This role requires hands-on leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to Hilton's standards of service and safety.

Qualifications

• Banqueting operations management experience preferred.
• Ability to coordinate with event organizers and culinary teams.
• Strong attention to detail for setup, lighting, decor and AV.
• Commitment to hotel policies and guest service standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational aspects of banquet events and liaise with organizers.
• Ensure venues are fully set with lighting, music, decoration at least 30 minutes before start.
• Ensure AV equipment functions and coordinate with organizers.
• Assist in rostering, staff supervision and inter-departmental coordination.
