• Experience as Banquet Supervisor or similar in 4/5-star hotel or midscale environment.
• Knowledge of banquet service standards, event operations, guest relations, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise banquet operations, ensure smooth service delivery and adherence to standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate the banquet team to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Coordinate event setup, service flow, and breakdown for seamless execution.

Every day is different,but you'll mostly be:

• Supervise banquet operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and adherence to hotel standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate the banquet team to provide exceptional guest service.
• Coordinate event setup, service flow, and breakdown activities to ensure seamless execution.
• Conduct pre-event briefings to communicate event requirements, timelines, and service expectations.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, address concerns, and ensure prompt resolution of any issues.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Support inventory control, equipment management, and cost-effective operations.

What we need from you

• Diploma or higher education qualification in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Banquet Supervisor or similar role within a 4/5-star hotel or midscale hospitality environment. s
• Strong knowledge of banquet service standards, event operations, guest relations, and food safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple events and priorities effectively.
• Ability to comply with local regulations related to food handling, hygiene, and alcohol service (where applicable).
• Flexible and adaptable with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
