Job summary

voco Doha Central is seeking a Banquet Supervisor to oversee banquet operations and lead the team in delivering memorable events in Doha. Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, Hospitality, or related field.
• Experience as Banquet Supervisor or similar in 4/5-star hotel or midscale environment.
• Knowledge of banquet service standards, event operations, guest relations, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise banquet operations, ensure smooth service delivery and adherence to standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate the banquet team to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Coordinate event setup, service flow, and breakdown for seamless execution.
• Conduct pre-event briefings on requirements, timelines, and service expectations.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Support inventory control, equipment management, and cost-efficient operations.
