Job summary

BAE Systems Strategic Aerospace Services WLL seeks a Maintenance Manager with Part 145 leadership experience to oversee maintenance programs and compliance. The role entails coordinating across teams, ensuring airworthiness records, and driving safety and governance in maintenance operations.

You will lead initiatives to adhere to regulatory requirements, manage resources, and interact with senior management to resolve escalations while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Engineering apprenticeship with related aeronautical maintenance exposure.
• Experience in Part 145 activities and airworthiness.
• Familiar with regulatory frameworks (ITAR, EaPW, ISO).

Responsibilities

• Lead Part 145 activities by setting delivery targets and monitoring progress.
• Ensure airworthiness records are maintained on relevant systems.
• Ensure compliance with Part 145 Exposition and company procedures.
• Apply Human Factors, Error Management, Risk Management and Safety Assurance.
• Governance across the organisation to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate changes to Exposition and maintain facilities and assets.
