Qualifikationen

• Education in Sales and Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in automotive spare parts wholesale with P&L and sales-channel experience.
• Strong MS Office skills and ERP proficiency with data analysis and numerical reasoning.
• Proven leadership, strategic planning, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.

• Sales & Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed forecasted sales targets; analyze market dynamics to maximize revenue.
• Dealer & Channel Management: Expand customer base and manage sub-dealer networks.
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead and develop 1–3 employees, set performance standards and incentives.
• Strategic Planning & Market Analysis: Evaluate market potential and coordinate with marketing and inventory teams.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Relations: Maintain supplier relationships for negotiations and bids.
• Reporting: Track and present performance metrics and market reports to the Parts Director.
