Job summary

HCP Automotive seeks an experienced Pre-Owned Sales Manager to own and grow its used vehicle operation in Qatar. You will drive profitability, optimize stock movement, and lead acquisition, appraisal, pricing and inventory decisions.

Ideal candidates have 5–7+ years in pre-owned vehicle management, strong commercial sense, and willingness to relocate to Qatar. GCC experience and bilingual Arabic/English preferred.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in pre-owned vehicle lifecycle, from acquisition to disposal.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen including budgeting and P&L.
• Excellent market data interpretation and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategy to grow the pre-owned business.
• Meet sales, revenue, gross-profit and stock-turn targets.
• Implement disciplined processes for acquisition, appraisal, pricing and inventory.
