Job summary

Minor Hotels seeks a bar professional for Banana Island Resort Doha By Anantara to craft original and exciting beverages using local ingredients and traditions. You will ensure guests are delighted by our beverage offerings and maintain a high standard of service, appearance, and cleanliness.

The role requires delivering quality service, setting up the bar to professional standards at all times, and quick, efficient order processing while adhering to the Beverage SOPs and Manual.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Hospitality is required.
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant operations.
• Passion for excellent service and being a strong team player are essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests in accordance with standards and quality, graciously and courteously.
• Keep the bar professionally set up at all times and process drink orders quickly.
• Adhere to Beverage Department SOPs and Beverage Manual, maintaining service quality and cleanliness.

Your key duties and responsibilities are to serve the guests in accordance with our standards and quality in a gracious and courteous manner, to make sure that the bar is professionally set up at all times, and to process drink orders quickly and efficiently. You will be expected to take pride in all facets of service, quality, appearance, and cleanliness of yourself and your area of responsibility, and you must understand and adhere to the Beverage Department Standard Operating Procedures, and Beverage Manual.
