Job summary

Minor Hotels' Souq Waqif Boutique Hotel By Tivoli is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to support the resort’s F&B operations in Doha. You will work to maximize guest satisfaction, maintain safety and hygiene, and ensure delivery of high-quality service in line with brand standards.

You will lead a team, drive guest service excellence, and foster training and empowerment to solve daily challenges in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• College diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant operation.
• Passion for leadership and teamwork.
• Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence.
• Excellent guest service skills.

Further you handle daily team member relations, and encourage problem solving by team members through proper training and empowerment.
