Qualifications

4-7 years of relevant architectural experience with a professional degree.
Ability to translate client briefs into compelling design concepts.
Strong 3D visualization and presentation capabilities.
Proficiency in Rhino, Revit, AutoCAD Architecture, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.
Knowledge of applicable regulations and industry standards.
Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to develop concept and schematic design packages.
Strong communication and client-facing skills.
Experience writing design narratives and reports is a plus.
Commitment to sustainable design practices.

Responsibilities

Develop architectural concepts and design proposals for a range of building projects.
Prepare concept and schematic design packages, including plans, elevations, diagrams, and presentation materials.
Translate client briefs and project requirements into creative and practical design solutions.
Produce high-quality design presentations and visualizations for internal and client reviews.
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including structural, MEP, landscape, and interior design professionals.
Participate in design workshops, client meetings, and project presentations.
Conduct site and contextual analysis to inform design strategies and project vision.
Ensure designs comply with project requirements, applicable regulations, and industry standards.
Assist in design coordination throughout the early design stages of the project lifecycle.
Contribute to the preparation of architectural reports, design narratives, and competition submissions where required.
Stay up to date with emerging architectural trends, materials, and sustainable design practices.
