Job summary

InSite International, a KEO Allied Practice, seeks a motivated Assistant Project Manager - Landscape in Doha, Qatar. You will support studio leaders by coordinating design teams, tracking progress, and maintaining project documentation to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in design project management, and a degree in Architecture/Urban Design/Landscape Architecture with strong MS Project or P6 and AutoCAD/Civil 3D skills.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience managing design projects.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Architecture, Urban Design, Landscape Architecture or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Project or P6.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, InDesign, Illustrator or SketchUp.
• Strong organizational, communication and time-management skills, with leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between internal project design teams and external stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
• Organise and manage project files, prepare progress reports, support design deliverables.
• Assist in resolving project issues and managing variations.
• Arrange and attend project meetings, taking minutes and following up on actions.

Responsibilities

Our newest opportunity is for an Assistant Project Manager - Landscape, to support our studios in Qatar. The Assistant Project Manager will play a key role in supporting project managers across the division by coordinating design teams, managing project documentation, and tracking progress to ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards. This role requires a blend of project management skills and technical knowledge, often involving software like AutoCAD, MS Project, and other design tools.

• Act as a liaison between internal project design teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 5-10 years’ experience managing design projects, partnered with Bachelor's Degree or higher in Architecture in Urban Design, Landscape Architecture or related field.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and a solid understanding of land development disciplines.
• Proficiency in project management software like MS Project or P6.
• Familiarity with design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, InDesign, Illustrator, or SketchUp is crucial.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills are essential, along with leadership abilities. Expertise in MS Office.
